I have always been a healthy(ish) eater but after researching on how every day items that you eat (eggs, dairy, nightshades, various fruits, wheat to name a few) can have significant and negative impact on your body especially if you are slightly allergic… had me rethink they way I eat.
It is still a learning curve or more like “getting use” to process of rethinking the way I eat… but I am starting to see the difference significantly. I am psyched for a new cook book I bought on Amazon; It’s All Good by Gwyneth Paltrow.
Ms. Paltrow’s new book reinforces my new eating habits with her delicious recipes. I literally sat down and scanned through the whole book “post-it” different recipes. I specifically zoned in on the ones marked “Elimination Diet and have been cooking up a storm at home. I love how easy a lot of the recipes are and use the same key ingredients in different ways… so you get the most out of each ingredient.

Inspiration for Spring. My new scarf. #springfling.
This was a steal and (gasp!) H&M. I went in there to look at the conscious collection and walked out with this scarf. I pair this with my Leibeskind bag (favorite Christmas gift from B) and my leather jacket that I live in. Perfect Chilly Spring outfit in the City.
Fresh out the box… #juiceITup!!!
I got inspired after finishing the Creative Juice Cleanse by Union Square Hospitality Group’s Danny Meyers and world reknown Dr. Jeffery Morrison. The juices taste delicious and I felt revived after my cleanse. Now I try to Juice it Up as much as possible at home as the first meal of the day!

Nemo had passed and the city streets are covered with fluffy white snow that will sooner or later turn to gray slush.
Staying in tonight to admire the snow while ordering some sushi for dinner with friends. Paired with sushi is this Chardonnay from Sonoma. I am not a big Oaky Chardonnay girl… and this wine does not disappoint as it’s aged in stainless steel.
I cannot gush enough about Scribe… Maybe because it’s one of the coolest California wineries around. Or the winemakers are really freaking hot! Or that their wine-growing process which may be considered by some as”bio-dynamic” but to them it’s “Forever Wild Farming.”
The vineyard is simply gorgeous and it just makes me happy to think that I will be back again in October for the third year after one of my wine tasting events in the Bay Area.
